MillCreek™ Synthetic Wood Flooring

MillCreek Synthetic Wood Flooring is a 100% waterproof floor paneling with a faux-wood finish. It has a floating floor design that installs with no need for nails or using adhesives or grout on your concrete slab.

Available in three designs (Rosewood, Natural Oak, and Mahogany), they combine the beauty and time-honored appeal of wood with a design that will not buckle, swell, grow mold, or otherwise be damaged when exposed to moisture.

At 3/20" (3.88 mm), it minimizes the use of vertical space in your basement. Installation can usually be completed in less than two days' time.

Carpeted basement floor tiles installed on a concrete slab floor.

ThermalDry®™ Carpeted Floor Tiles

ThermalDry® Carpeted Floor Tiles provide the beauty of carpeting with a sophisticated tiled design that provides a carpeted surface and waterproof sub floor in one!

The unique design of this flooring provides a vapor retardant system on your basement floor, holding back water vapor that would otherwise pass through your concrete.

Raised pegs on the sub-floor section of the carpet tiles creates an airspace, which serves as a thermal break between the carpet and the cold concrete underneath and makes your carpet much warmer and more comfortable. Available in Charcoal and Mocha designs.

Basement floor tiles installed on a concrete floor slab.

ThermalDry®™ Tiled Flooring

Traditional tiled flooring made from stone, ceramic, or marble materials must be permanently grouted to the basement floor. They soak up the cold from the concrete slab below, and their grout lines require continual maintenance to keep them free of mildew and bacteria.

ThermalDry® Tiled Flooring provides homeowners with a warmer, more comfortable option that requires no grout or adhesives. These tiles provide a vapor retarder on your floor to help keep out unwanted humidity.

Raised pegs keep the tiled surface off the ground, making the floor 8-10 °F warmer than the concrete blow. Available in Sandstone and Canyon Beige designs.

Basement parquet floor tiles by our certified contractors.

ThermalDry®™ Parquet Floor Tiles

Typical parquet flooring is designed with low-quality wood and installed directly on the floor.

When installed in a basement, this type of flooring will soak up moisture from the concrete slab, causing the surface to swell and buckle. Over time, it will also develop odors and problems related to mold, mildew, and rot.

Our ThermalDry® Parquet Floor Tiles are a popular alternative to traditional wood parquet flooring. These warm tiles will not be damaged by moisture in the basement, and provide a vapor retardant surface that will help protect your basement from humidity.

A basement with a radiant heat barrier and vapor barrier on the walls, and a vapor barrier and waterproof floor matting on the concrete slab floor.

ThermalDry®™ Sub Floor Matting

Many homeowners tell us that they've got their heart set on a custom carpeting, or that they want to match their floor upstairs, so that their basement feels more like a part of the rest of their home.

For these homeowners, our dealers will often recommend installing ThermalDry® Sub Floor Matting. These plastic floor tiles create a warm surface over your cold concrete floor, while providing a full vapor barrier to protect your basement and organic carpeting from moisture from the concrete slab.

The durable design of these floor tiles is compatible with tack strips and can outlast several generations of carpet.
