This system installs with an innovative three-part process. First, a special polyurethane is injected into the crack, which is capable of expanding and contracting with the natural movement of your walls.
If the seal experiences a partial failure for any reason, a foam strip is in place to collect any seeping water, directing it into a dry well below the floor, or to a perimeter drain. The foam strip is coated with a polyurethane sealant and tooled over for a professional finish.
